During my recent week at Falkensteiner, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service and family-friendly amenities that exceeded my expectations. The hotel's attention to detail was evident, especially in our beautifully designed room which boasted a comfortable carpeted floor and an expansive terrace with stunning views-perfect for morning coffee with my family. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was remarkable, with ample free toiletries provided, enhancing our convenience. I particularly appreciated the smart lockers in the ski room, making our transition to the slopes utterly seamless.
